Expanding the "mall" experience

Couldn't let a day go by without another mall experience - in fact I had two today, courtesy of being on the sightseeing bus.

The first three photos are of a mall called Wafi Mall which has a bit of an Egyptian theme to it.  The photos are of one of the entrance ways --- you'll see what I mean.

And not to be beat by the Dubai Mall (with its underwater aquarium and ice skating rink) is Mall of the Emirates.  It's not as big (it only has 500+ stores) with its upscale section being called the "Fashion Dome".  But Mall of the Emirates biggest attraction is nothing other than... an indoor ski resort, complete with a chair-lift and a guarantee of real snow 365 days a year in a temperature controlled environment of 3 degrees C.

I think there are penguins there too --- but I didn't see them.
